I believe you can set the Parent as an argument inside the ().
Otherwise, just send it to Workspace.

tool1 = game.Lighting:FindFirstChild(tool) toolcl = tool1:Clone() toolcl.Parent = game.Lighting toolcl.Parent = player1.Backpack (I made sure to define player1, this line is not the problem ;3)
Can you put "print(toolcl)" after that clone line and tell me what it says? |

Use a bit of string.match() and string.lower().
string.match(""..chattedtext)
