We are RSO, not I, not some of us, we. The Robloxian Special Operatives is about a unified force, an unstoppable force, matured dangerous soldiers. We train, fight, and unify like no other force. Its not about the numbers but skill.

Above was a portion of the description of RSO, and it states what we stand for and represent. No matter what someone says skill overcomes numbers. RSO is about Honor, Respect, Maturity and skill all united in one. A United force that is unstoppable.

This is the guide of RSO designed to inform members of the rules, ranks, and other basic and in depth things that RSO runs on and believes in.

TABLE OF CONTEXT

Chapter 1: Rules
Chapter 2: Ranks
Chapter 3: Respect
Chapter 4: Orders/Chain of Command
Chapter 5: Promotions
Chapter 6: Demotions
Chapter 7: Raids/Warfare
Chapter 8: Formations
Chapter 9: Vocabulary
Chapter 10: Closing

[---Chapter 1---] Rules

All great socities in the world had a written law from Rome, Greece, to even the beginning with Hammurabi the Sumerian king who developed the first written law. If you look at most societys and even most religions they have similar laws, such as forbidding, murder, theft, going against the state (Treason). RSO Follows many of these but we have our own rules as well, please read these to recognize and know the RSO rules. Follow these and enforce them and you will not only stay out of trouble but be recognized.

RULE 1: No killing fellow members - It is forbidden to kill you fellow members unless [Training, Gone rogue, or are endangering the safety of RSO Members and the visitors of a base]

RULE 2: No flaming - Flaming is not only a pointless waste of words, it makes others believe that RSO is disrespectful. Even if your enemy is flaming at you do not flame back, be the better man. If you see your own members flaming tell them to stop. If they continue report them to an HR, preferably with a picture.

RULE 3: Follow Orders - An army must be disciplined if they are to be successful. There are certain rare instances that one has the right to disobey and order, Chapter 4 will explain all of this in depth.

RULE 4: No killing visitors - Killing visitors is inmature and disrespectful, the only reason you may kill a visitor is if they are being hostile by either supporting the enemy or disobeying a command such as not entering the base. If a visitor is raiding you have permission to kill them but don't forget to report them to the Commanding Officer at the base for them to be warned, or kicked/banned.

RULE 5: Respect EVERYONE - I don't care if it's your enemy, a visitor, an ally, or just another RSO Member respect them. They can be flaming all they want it just makes them look pathetic, but even so respect them it shows that we are better trained and disciplined than them and others will learn to respect us in return.

RULE 6: Raiding allies/not enemys of RSO - Most wars on roblox are started by members of a clan raiding another base just for fun. Plain and simple do not raid anyone not RSO's enemy list.

RULE 7: Uniforms - At all events it is essential to wear your RSO Uniform, find the Uniform link in the description. Uniforms are essential to avoid friendly fire and look like a unified force.

RULE 8: Adressing - You are to adress anyone that has a High Rank than you "Sir", and respond Yes sir, and No sir. It doesn't matter if your a Ranger and he's an Operative, just treat each other with respect and call them by Sir. But for Higher Ranks if you are adressing a lower rank, you are to call him by either his rank, or a combination of his rank/name. Such as Example 1: Enlist! Example 2: Enlist Joebuddy. This is a very important rule to work on communication.

[---Chapter 2---] Ranks

But socities don't only have rules all socities have ranks or classes. Whether it's modern day with the middle class and the high class. Or in the past such as Rome with the rich Patricians and the poor Plebians. In RSO we do have ranks but unlike many socities where lower classes are looked on badly we believe that all ranks should be respected. Although the Higher Ranks have more authority they are respected the same as a lower rank.

ENLIST- You've been recruited and enlisted into RSO welcome. As an Enlist you have the rights to, post on the wall, recruit members, defend bases, attend trainings. As an enlist it is your duty to read this guide and understand the basics, attend trainings to learn formations, and defend our bases. Do these and you should be promoted very quickly.

RANGER- You've passed enlist and still have all the same rights but you have a rank over the Enlists meaning they get to call you Sir. Continue your regular duties and improve on your skills. You should also know all of your Formations as a Ranger.

OPERATIVE- You've moved up to Operative, as an Operative all the same rights are given but you are now to be refered to as Sir by Enlists, and Rangers. Continue your current duties, and improve on your skills, you should know all of your formations and have amazing respect.

SPECIALIST- Wow, you've made it to Specialist, that truely is shocking but you certainly have proved yourself. As a Specialist all regular duties are continued, and you shall be adressed as Sir by Enlists, Rangers, and Operatives. As a specialist you should be starting to become a very well trained leader and be perfect at your formations, and know how to put up a good fight in Combat.

CAPTAIN- As a Captain, you are to be adressed as Sir by Enlists, Rangers, Operatives, and even the Specialists. A Captain knows how to handle a squad of soldiers and can defend a base very well. He is a leader to be looked up to, while there is still room for improvement in leading and other skills he is getting up there.

OFFICER- To become an Officer one must past there OFE [Officer Final Exam] given to Captains to test there skills. [More info on the OFE and other FE's at the end of this chapter] You will be adressed as Sir by Enlists, Rangers, Operatives, Specialists, and the Captains. You are amazing at leading and are a keyrole in defending our bases. You know how to lead patrols and all formations. You do not hesistate to show off your skills since you preform them so well.

GENERAL- You have passed your GFE and are now a General. Generals may host trainings, defences, meetings, and small raids with the permission of the Commander. He is pure leader and is admired and known throughout RSO.

HIGH COUNCIL- The High Council members are the Commander's right hand men. They can host raids, trainings, defences, meetings, and other RSO Activites. They also have the ability to promote and demote.

COMMANDER- The Commander posistion has all abilitys and is the leader of RSO.

FINAL EXAM INFO: There are three types of final exams OFE, GFE, HCE, this is to test the members skills to see if they have what is needed to advance.

OFE: Given to Captains to determine if they are ready to become an Officer these people will be chosen by High Council Men and the Commander

GFE: This is to determine if Officers are ready to become a General, these canidates will be chosen by The Commander only.

HCE: This is to determine if Generals are prepared to advance to High Council, again only chosen by The Commander himself.

[---Chapter 3---] Respect

Without respect an army could not function, everyone respect each other enemys, members, visitors. This is basic enough and I only devoted a chapter to this since this is so important.

[---Chapter 4---] Orders/Chain of Command

The chain of command seems in depth but once you get the hang of it you should understand, this chapter will be divided into sub chapters.

EVENT CHAIN OF COMMAND: In an event chain of command the person that started the event such as a meeting is incharge, unless the Commander wishes to step in or the event loses control which that should never happen.

DEFENCE CHAIN OF COMMAND: The defence chain of command should be used while either patrolling or defending a RSO Base. The Highest Rank in the server will be incharge, if the server is currently under a raid and not enough time to switch for a new High Rank he will help defend and once the danger is over he will then be able to take over, NOT IN THE MIDDLE OF A RAID.

ASSUALT CHAIN OF COMMAND: During an assualt on a enemy base, The person hosting the assualt on a base is incharge even if Higher rank enters the server. This can only be overuled by direct orders of The Commander himself, or if the assualt turns to chaos and the Commanding Officer is not preforming his duties.

Basically the Assualt and Event chain of commands are the same, this system should be used to determine who is incharge. If there are arguments over who is in command go straight to this guide, but if it continues the partys arguing will be disciplined.

[---Chapter 5---] Promotions

We all love promotions, but we all must earn them here is a list of what can get you promoted in RSO.

. Recruit
. Attend Training
. Raid/Defend bases
. Attend meetings and other activites
. Respecting fellow members
. Reporting rule breakers to HR's
. Certain events and activites such as competitions

[---Chapter 6---] Demotions

We all hate demotions and these will not happen if you follow the rules, here's what you can and will be demoted or even exciled for. PE at the end stands for possible excile.

. Treason Will be exciled no room for traitors
. Teamkilling PE
. Disrespect
. Disobeying orders PE
. Breaking the rules in this guide
. Wall advertising
. Other group recruiting PE

Use common sense, and you shouldn't be demoted.

[---Chapter 7---] Raids/Warfare

All wars must be official by a declaration of war by The Commander, meaning that only the Commander can start/end a war. Any RSO Members ordering raids on clans not enemys to RSO will be demoted and possibly exciled. Defending a RSO base from people that are not RSO Enemys is perfectly allowed, there will always be those people that like to rogue raid.

Assualt Planning: Raid plans can only be made by High Council men and selected Generals. The Commander is to be contacted via PM or meeting on results of an assualt, or plans of a future assualt. The Commander should be notified of all assualt results via PM or meeting by the host of the assualt.

[---Chapter 8---] Formations

All RSO Members should know the formations before ascending to Ranger, I will not post the formations on here due to strategic, private, and space reasons.

[---Chapter 9---] Vocabulary

For vocabulary that may be used in RSO, this includes the word, meaning, and possible shortened version.

Commanding Officer- The person incharge of the current event [CO]
High Rank- Anyone of the rank General and up [HR]
Lower rank- Anyone below the rank of General [LR] (Respected the same)
Sword Fight- Fighting with swords [SF]
High Rank Meeting- Where the High Ranks meet [HRM]

These are just some basic vocab you will most likely learn more along the way, and more will most likely be added and updated throughout your time in RSO.

[---Chapter 10---] Closing

All of these rules and regulations are not to scare you or intimidate you, we're not expecting anyone to be perfect but understand the basic concepts. We all make mistakes but we learn from it, so if you break a rule just learn from it and don't do it again. We are united in one, arguing and fighting between each other is human nature but we must fight the urge. Respect your brothers and your enemies. Do your best and you shall prosper in RSO, thank you for reading this outrageously long forum or for your forumers out there TLIDR.

Thank you,

~Commander of RSO~

I know for a fact he spent hours on it. Minus a few errors, it trumps any other group-guide out there. A lot of groups don't even have guides!
