And, if they're intelligent, with all this chatter about the Selection service, they'll RobloxLock the [expletive] thing before you get a chance to connect anything. |

Then you can have the script communicate with the server. If the server script doesn't get notified that the event is hooked and running, then it could do whatever needs to be done because it's obviously an exploiter. (Or someone with massive amounts of lag) |

That's why we have obfuscation. Though then roblox'll break that eventually...
If someone is really that skilled at exploiting, I say let them have the game. |

You all remember the plugin exploits, right?
Tell me, did most of the people who used that exploit have any skill? No. Yet, they were using plugins and plugins need to be scripted.
They just used plugins made by someone else.
And guess what? The same applies to this exploit. THEY'RE JUST GOING TO USE SCRIPTS MADE BY OTHER PEOPLE.
Why would they need to know about the RobloxLocked property to lock the Selection? They don't need to, because someone who knows about it already made them a script that does all the job for them.
Now, you'll tell me that they can't use the command bar, so scripts have nothing to do with this. Right? That was what you were going to tell me, right?
Well, you're wrong. There are many exploits that currently work. There are even many DLL exploits.
You're all assuming that the exploiters are going to use this or that exploit and to do this or that, when, really, they're not even all using the same DLL to exploit. I only know of one DLL that is leaked (and I think their creators leaked it purposely, not sure, though), but there are other DLLs too and other exploits that have nothing to do with DLLs. |

If you want to keep exploiters out of your place, just wait until the security API and the other security features are released.
No need to worry about place stealing, because the devs are working on a fix for HopperBin so they can put the place stealing fix update back. |
