Newest tablet debut. Not actually released yet but it has been announced and demonstrated.

I'm not sure about how it will compete but it sounds good. Especially the Windows 8 Pro version, no Windows RT. The keyboard and kickstand look really slick as well. |

I like the idea of having a keyboard, and a trackpad to be integrated as part of the cover. However, the power of an i5 intel core processor is pretty cool compared to other tablets.

Oh yeah I've heard about that.
It would be so great if it can play .exe applications, too. |

| Ok, kudos to Microsoft, a good design and the cover-keyboard is a fantastic idea. |

| Eman, the fact you'd consider a brand new windows OS wouldn't have the ability to run executable files means you don't belong here |

Bah, I've already got a tablet with a full keyboard and gesture-enabled trackpad. It's also a quad core. In fact, I'm on it right now!
Check out the whole ASUS Transformer line. I'm on an ASUS Transformer Pad 300. |

| It's definitely interesting, but for my budget I'd look at the Google Nexus tablet. |

| Looks like Microsoft finally beat Apple at UI and physical design. Question is, can they attract more stupid consumers? |

Yeah but the ASUS transformer line runs Android, you know Windows apps > Android apps + Apple apps together. Also are you guys thinking what I'm thinking? USB port + Keyboard + Windows-> USB mouse + keyboard + Windows = ROBLOX!

Apple AppStore "Active / 725,700+ apps (as of February 2012) 25 billion apps downloaded (as of March 2012)"
Thank you wikipedia, for a nominal contribution to my day. (Seriously, what would I do without wikipedia?) |

| I'm not referring to windows phone, just to Windows as these tables will use Windows 8. Windows apps > Apple AppStore apps |
