| Some parts may be anchored, that might be why it's causing the car not to move. |

| Unanchor the car and make sure it has a VehicleSeat. |

Put in a VehicleSeat, not a Seat.
Also, make sure the wheels have hinges on them. |

| Whenever you build a car, make sure to anchor it, and build it on top of a truss, not letting ANY of it touch the ground at all. Once you're done building simply unanchor it and delete the truss. This makes it so the car won't freeze in place, even when anchored. |

Use a hinge for the wheels.
(Newb Days: I tried making a car, I used motor instead of hinges. It works, but I can't control it.) |
