So appeals are denied if it's not been 48 hours since the perma, but more than 3 weeks is too long? That's bull. That is absolute bull.

Blok, nope. I just tried. I got an automated message stating as follows, with edits for blocked words and such:
Hello,
Thank you for writing in about the moderation on your account. The (removal of) the account was applied more than three weeks ago and will not be reviewed.
Please read the message on the moderation screen to find out why your account was moderated. You can review the Community Guidelines and Rules here: http://www.roblox.com/Help/Builderman.aspx?id=221897. Please remember that some offenses are so serious that our moderators may take a more strict action sooner, and some offenses can result in instantaneous deletion. Also, if you have a history of moderation actions, this may result in your account receiving a longer (removal) since you have been told before that you need to follow the rules.
Using symbols and other letters to get around the word filter is against the rules as well. The filtered words are blocked for a reason.
You are responsible for any moderation on your account even if you weren't the one logged into it at the time. Remember, sharing accounts or (access pass) is also against the rules! Please keep your account info safe, and follow the rules to avoid any future problems.

Oh, and so I replied as such:
So you're blatantly ignoring an appeal simply due to the fact that I had not known of appeals until quite recently? Because that sounds fair, right? Also, thanks for the automated computer message. Glad to know real people are working on individual cases.

It seems silly to apply a 3 week rule. If they're appealing, obviously it means they've changed in behavior in some way. People don't change in 3 weeks.

Same. I wasn't BC at the time, but I gave them at least 6 months worth of money on that account.

Despicable. Guess my main is gone, then? Unless, by pure luck, they somehow bring him back through some odd bug in the system. That'd be great.
