Purposely changing the price back and forth to make people think it's a LPP.
Raising is just Thoughtfully raising the price. |

PC'ing is like tricking the guy it's a lpp but then the seller puts it up for more but sometimes the buyer doesn't notice and just clicks buy without looking.
Raising is basicly the samething but it depends how you wanna raise it.
if you wanna raise it by tricking people into buying it for more that'll be called PC'ing
but if you raise it normaly that won't hurt anyone. |
