| You guys try running 10 miles daily. thresholds every other day, with and hour of weightlifting everyday, and hills on the day you dont do thresholds. |

Football is harder. Cross Country is more tiring.
Everyone can run, not everyone can catch, block, throw, tackle, know what everyone is doing around you, etc, etc. |

Here's my daily workout for football
Run 1600 yards - with a parachute strapped to me Push a 150 pound sled 50 yards. repeat 8 times. Run 6 miles normal Do pull ups, push ups, squats, bench press, etc. for 3 hours

@noob above Yah this is about distance running not 150 yards... It doesnt matter how fast you go in Distance its how much endurance you have |

XC is not just running on flat ground...
It's hills pretty much everyday, but more hills every other day, and we sprint every couple minutes, wait a minute then sprint another couple minutes in a 10 mile period everyday.
You think that is easy? Try it for yourself, you will give up on the first quarter mile. |
