I had trouble with this when I first started building but I found a really easy soulution.
1. Get out any brick doesn't matter what just get out a brick.
2. Anchor this brick.
3. Stand on this brick.
4. Select your baseplate in explorer because it is locked.
5. Press the resize button on the top toolbar.
6. Resize it to whatever you please.
Note: This will not work on terrain |

Use the terrain generator's reset button to delete all the terrain , then generate a smaller terrain.
This is done in studio.Remember to publish to roblox when done. Or click new in studio and you will get an empty skybox to build in. |

| In ROBLOX Studio, go to that Place and look at the Top Toolbars and search for "Terrain Generator" and then a HUD Pulls up and click "Reset" |

| Under workspace click the brick that says base, unlock it. That should help. |

| Yes all you have to do is unlock the baseplate with the unlock button usually found on the top of the screen. |

| There is a roblox toolbar when you build in Roblox Studio, I'll explain what the picture is. The picture shows a square with 4 square dots surrounding the square. That is the resize tool and use it to resize blocks, if you are using build mode then do not step on the brick or else you will block the resize, that's how the roblox community coded it :\ |

| Just reset the terrain and then make another one but this time but the length down on the size of it! |
