What enemy's should I put into my game???
Try to keep it post-apocalyptic and give me an idea of what that enemy would look like.

How about different categories, and in those categories are types, and in those types are the monsters?
Categories: Mutants (including mutated animals): -Mutated People -Experiments Gone Wrong -Giants -Mutated Animals -Mutated Fish (Yes, fish. Let's say you're swimming across a river. A mutated shark attacks you. OR you eat a mutated salmon without realising it. Poisoned)
Raiders: -Bandits -Raider Leaders -Raider Troops -Raids (attacks on towns and villages)
Animals: -Mammals -New Species (like more evolved animals) -Fish (including things like sharks that WILL attack)
Insects: -Little bugs that actually fly around -Giant Insects (like not giant as in attacking cities giant as in size of a couch cushion giant) -Actual Giant Insects (this one is like the ones attacking cities) -Swarms -Giant Swarms (not actually giant, like the one above)
