~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ HOW THIS WORKS: Numerous bills and issues shall be set on the 'table' for senators to vote on. Members have to be senators to WHO CAN VOTE: Only Elected Senators, and Chairmen who are officially of that rank in the Congress group. WHEN THEY CAN VOTE: 24 Hours from when this is posted, Senators can vote for the issues and post opinions. HOW THEY VOTE: Each law on the 'table' will be numbered. A Senator has the right to vote 'Yes' 'No' or 'Abstain' (Abstain is where you don't vote at all on the issue). For example, On the first law I might write '1.) Yes.' Senators and Members may post opinions also about the laws on the table. Laws up for 'EDIT' is not to be voted on, but is to be suggested on. For example: "1.) I suggest that 'Insert Quote Here' should be changed to 'Insert Here'" ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ BILLS/LAWS ON THE TABLE: 1.)RDA Constitutionaly of Bills. Up for VOTE This will call for all Senators to state where in the Constitution enables them the power to enact a certain bill in to law. I propose this to prevent mass fraud and violation of our scared Constitution and to maintain our oath, i feel it should be required we state what Section we are able to weild the conjoins of a bill that is lawful and protectful of Refelldains rights under the frame work of our constitution, Plus it make it easier for judges to rule onthe bills as lawful or unlawful.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ How to get a Law on the 'table': PM a Chairman to get a law that you have written on the 'Table'. If the Chairman decides not to put it on the 'table', a petition of 10 'signatures' of RDA members may overrule it, and cause the law to go on the 'table'. |

1.) No. It is the Judges job to do so. Not Congress. Read arguments against this here: http://www.roblox.com/Forum/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=67878408 |

| Roony, the constitution says we have to take an oath of office, but it doesn't state what the oath is. So it is impossible to take an oath of office if there is not one. |

| I don't know, I will think about it more. I think, if it is against the constitution, all someone needs to do is point it out. Also what happens if the constitution says nothing about the bill, does it mean they are not allowed to put it though? |

That what i mean we write our laws within the constitution
by adding the place were our bill is legal by the constitution
we are reafirming that our bill is in the best intersting of the people and upholds the constitution and not violates it.
when the law is under reveiw by the courts if passed, the court can read our defense of how the bill is constitutional then they will rule on were we pointed to inthe constitution to proived fact of how the bill is constitutional.
it also a way for the rdarian people to see us upholding the constitution by pointing to a certain part of the constitution we are using to protect them and there liberties |

| It is the courts job to make sure a bill is constitutional. It is not our job. And the constitution does NOT STATE what laws we can pass and what we cannot. A constitution is supposed to be a guide line, not a regulation and list of what we can write and what not. And Judges, when they see the points in the bill of where it is constitutional, they will check those facts, and if they are true, they pass it. But the problem with that, is that a Senator can leave some things out, and most likely the Judges would not notice. This bill is not the best. Of course, as Senators it is our duty to uphold the constitution and help the people, but it is NOT our job to do what Judges are supposed to do. |

1). I reverse my vote, in light of my previous opposition to it. No, as I am not a flip-flopper.
The use of an alt, is because I am currently banned.

| I vote yay on this bill. But i don't think judges shouldn't really judge on this bill they should just inforce it after the congress. If it's approved then it's approved thye can't just suddenly decide to say no. |

| If I could understand this (Grammar is just...I can do mispellings and such, but when multiple words are just left out.....) I'd leave a helpful comment... |
