Read the rules: http://www.roblox.com/Forum/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=36320226
Just use free models, or at least post in the "Let's make a deal" forum section.
Also R$50 isn't much. |

You know it costs money to trademark something, and putting a copyright symbol after the name of your game just looks silly, and that's not how you use it. You use it like this;

Placing symbols on the name of your game makes it look attractive.

Unless you use IE, and the symbols turn into little boxes.
Not that I do. |

Dead City is not copyrighted to you regardless, a simple google search could have told you that.

Isn't putting ™ and © at the end of a name counterproductive?
Oh, and Quenty, not to enable these types of activities or anything, but please read Title 17 of US Law, where it states that any "original" design is subject to copyright laws the moment it is created, without formal-patenting. |

@Quenty
If I'm not mistaken, ™ is the symbol for an "unregistered trademark." I'm quite sure you can just put ™ on products for free.
It is true, however, that you cannot just put a © on something. Because it is not really copyrighted.
Oh, and the ® is for the registered trademarks. |

According to wikipedia: "Use of this symbol does not mean that the trademark has federal registration, however such a trademark may have state registration"
That means it's state registered, where the ® is for registered stuff federally.
Also, another quote:
" Many states have statutes similar to the Lanham Act, allowing for registration of a trademark on a state level. Such a state registration is not as strong as a federal registration, nor is it necessary if you obtain a federal registration. However, state registration is useful in those situations when you cannot obtain a federal registration."
As for copyright, I know that you automatically own it, but putting a © after the name is also wrong, and if you want to deter people, you can put...

or

or whatevar your name (Or nickname) is. |

Although most of us on this forum don't care for money, or aren't able to _receive_ the money.
50R$ Is not a lot. :)
I would pay atleast 20,000. |

| I love your knowledge, in fact I know more over my days. having a registered symbol will stand for actually having it all situated and PAID for a real business. I am truly sorry, I did not know better back then. |

| Even when you've gained more knowledge, you still can't understand that even 1k robux wouldn't be a lot, and that no one will help you here with a silly game. |

| I've been thru many courses of my roblox times. This is one of the worst. I know that doing this was wrong. making an apology out of this old post. I learned about the copy right sign in 5th grade. I am now in sixth. Everybody at least makes one or two mistakes in life, most of the time, more than that. |
