Explain why that's ok for an admin to break another admin's rules.

@ob they do ll the time.
Like this dude passed a law saying that u can't have guns in Chicago thoug he owned and killed someone with his when someone broke into his house. H then said basically that he owns one because he's smarter than everyone else and doesn't think everyone else has the knowledge of being responsible for one..... |
