This is the guidebook/handbook... thingie for The Davion Empire. This will be quite a long read as there is much to discuss. It will be divided into chapters and EVERY MEMBER MUST READ THIS AND FOLLOW AND ABIDE TO ALL THESE RULES. Memorize it, Use it, Live it.
Chapter 1 - Rules Chapter 2 - Promotions Chapter 3 - High Ranked Rules Chapter 4 - RoE - Rules of Engagement
--Chapter 1--
The First thing to get down would be the difference between on duty and off duty.
ON DUTY
--Wearing uniform --Recruiting --Representing DAV --Raiding, Training, Guarding. (Must have uniform on anyway)
OFF DUTY
--Not wearing uniform --Not doing anything that has do with DAV
When on duty you must be doing some that has to do with DAV. You can Wear around your uniform where ever you like though. Duh.
When off duty you are free to do whatever.
(RULES LIST)
1.) NEVER any teamkilling, Exploiting (hacking), spaming, trolling or anything just annoying when on duty. I shouldn't even have to say that. 2.) ALWAYS speak with good grammar and puncuation when on duty. It shows how civilized and un-noobish our members are.
3.) When raiding, training, or guarding always pay attention to high ranks. Follow ALL their orders, Don't question their order unless there's a good reason to, And always refer to them as "Sir" or "Ma'am"
4.) Just cause your a higher rank than someone doesn't mean You're better than them or that you can boss them around. ONLY majors or higher can give orders to lower ranks. So don't do it.
5.) Don't beg me, or a higher rank for promotions. I gets you no where. Begging will get you no reply at all. But, feel free to ASK anyone who is a general or higher ( or me ) for a promotion NICELY. If you ask, do it in a civilized manner with good grammar and give a good reason.
6.) Always try to be active.
7.) Always salute a general or ruler when you see them. It's just respecful. There's No punishment for not doing it. But it is prefered.
--Chapter 2--
This is the most important chapter. Why? It tells you how to be promoted beyond Enlisted Trainee. Which is a very important promotion because Enlisted Trainees are not considered troops. They are considered...well... Trainees. Like in the U.S military. Your not even in yet until you pass basic training.
( STEPS FOR TRAINEE PROMOTION )
1.) Complete the "DAV - Training Obstical Course", Then tell a General, Ruler, or Me.
2.) You will then recieve instructions to wait, and pay attention to the group wall. (Or group shouts) Wait until someone hosts a training. Attend the training, and upon completion of that training, You may be promoted. (Depending on you performence)
For promotions after trainee (Corporal, Sergeant, blah) There are instant promotions, and long-term promotions. They are shown here.
(INSTANT PROMOTIONS)
1.) Attending a training or raid. Promotions on trainings depend on skill.
2.) Build a GOOD group place, gun, ship or any model. PM me or a high rank when you are done and we will decide if it deserves one.
3.) Winnning contests.
4.) Recruiting 3+ members. Have them all PM me, a Ruler, or a General
(LONG-TERM PROMOTIONS)
1.) Guarding (alot) 2.) Being helpful or informative. 3.) Being loyal 4.) Following the rules 5.) Become known in DAV 6.) Be active NOTE: You may only be promoted With these until Major. To become a General or a Ruler You must be handpicked by ME.
--Chapter 3--
(HIGH RANKED RULES)
1.) You are only considered a high rank if you are a Major or up 2.) Majors cannot promote other members. Majors CAN host trainings though. When you, a major hosts a training, pick the best people in the training and PM a General or higher With those peoples names. They will decide if they deserve a promotion or not. 3.) Rulers CANNOT under no circumstances promote Generals!! Only I can do that. If you do, instant demotion. Sorry. 4.) Do not promote members with no reason. I shouldn't even have to say that. 5.) Majors and up, ALWAYS BE RESPONSIBLE AND CIVILIZED. Lower ranks look up to you. So Please don't act stupid when on duty or when around any lower ranks. I've seen this in other groups where the HR's are acting stupid and admin abusing all the time. It's ignorent.
--Chapter 4--
RoE (Rules of Engagement)
This is the RoE. It is required to be read before you raid us. It is also found in the description of most Raidable Forts. Our troops, You Must read this too, so you'll know what the raiders are after, and how to prevent it.
To win a raid you must go to the Stone fortress at the end of the fort, Kill all defences, then keep at least 3 troops INSIDE the fort for 10 minutes. You have then won the raid.
(Other raiding rules)
1.) You must have at least 5 troops at the fort to be an official raid.
2.) If ANYONE on the raiding team is exploiting, ALL raiders will be banned. Forever. So don't do it. kthxbi.
Well, that's pretty much it. If you've read all this, I salute you. Now go make Me proud soldier!

| R.I.P. DAV. It is a group that I enjoyed to be the co-owner of, but it has come to an end. Also, if you are wondering why I randomly said "Hi", Zhelib made me. |
