Yes. Set ExplosionType to NoCraters.

Nope. Just regular old Roblox basics. Unless your explosion is caused by some weapon/tool, in which case it is scripting. |

Just find where the explosion is spawned in the script and add a line like
explosion.ExplosionType=blahblah |
