I am making a new RPG called RoWars. I made a post about it earlier, but this post explains it more and gives more details.
RoWars is a game where evil has control over everything and everyone. If you disobey, well, let's just say you're not very lucky. But there is hope. The resistance has formed, and you have been sent by the divines to rid the vile creatures that control the kingdom.
You will be encountering many creatures of different shapes and sizes, exploring large maps, and defending the true kingdom.
There will be admin, but only for those I feel are worthy for it. (ex. Helpers, friends, and testers
(BTW, I've been debating. Should I call the game "RoWars - The Hour of Darkness" or "RoWars - The Calling". They both fit the storyline to the game. |

JUDGING by the TITLE, I doubt it will feature any groundbreaking features. :D
Make it more creative. :D

Ahaha, exactly what I was about to post, Candy.
Anyways, instead of telling us the storyline, as most of us Game Designers aren't interested in that, tell us what features are going to be included in this game first, then tell us what the storyline is. |

Well, what do you exactly mean by creative?
I'm getting help for scripting, so really I can ask for just about anything as far as "Groundbreaking Features" because they can kinda put their skills together to script. I can't script worth crap, so that's why I put together a team.

| I'm hoping to add a complicated exp. and lvling system. I'm going to add stuff like pet exp, special exp, and weapon exp, and ordinary player exp. In the game, you will have a pet that could learn skills with exp. The max level for the pet is 45. Special exp is pretty much a special type of exp to level up skills, obviously. Weapon exp is used to gain different traits and effects to your weapon, so it'll be more deadly eventually. |

Hmm... What I mean by creative is, make something that other RPG's can't or don't offer. I can't give you suggestions since that's just not being creative, so you must think of your own features. Pets? Pets is creative, since other roblox RPG's cannot offer that. So, I congratulate you on that.

I'm hoping to add a wide array of pets. But I will also add mounts with the pets.

Also focus on the different effects for your weapons, as that seems original enough.

| There's plenty of extraordinary games that have a bad thumbnail. The owners may script well, but they sure as heck can't take a picture. |

Pets? Really... Pets... That is hardly creative, nor constructive. They just lag your game with their continuous loops of following their owner, colliding with you ever second as you walk, tripping you over.
Well, I suppose you might be able to make it so it's not laggy or collidable.

| Have you ever had a follower in the game that you can command, while it has many skills? Because that's basically what it is. I'll try to do something to keep it at a distance, though. |

@lego - How are you even a wiki writer? You can't come up with simple solutions are look at the negative of things.
Pets, have them follow at a distance, staying by your right side and using a .Changed function to check when you have moved more than 5 studs. Rather than running a loop have a .Changed do all the checking work for you.
Really, it's not too hard. |

Why not call it. Super Mega Tubro RPG with Really Fast Levels an Skill Points You Can Spend On Brand New Moves 2? Or SMTRPGWRFLASPYSOBNW2. Really people will be amazed. |
