Airsoft, never went paintballing.
-Cheap -Guns don't look so ridiculous -Can be strategic or run and gun -Don't get paint residue on your clothing -Can play almost anywhere |

I love both, but let me show you why I choose paintball -
More teamwork
Smaller fields
Ammo splats, so you can tell if you've hit your target
Better looking guns IMO
More fast paced
Air bunkers played on turf, so you can't trip and fall if you're running like you can in a forest in airsoft
Leagues and PRO leagues.
I play tournament paintball in Region 3 PSP Galveston, and it's pretty hardcore. I love airsoft and paintball, but paintball is a bit higher in my opinion.
But hey, it's all about personal preference!!
Also, paintballs really only hurt if they come out of the rental guns. Either that or you do get use to the pain. |

Airsoft, on the grounds that paintball hurts like hell (in my experience).
Paintball is considerably more tactical, however. |

| Most people think airsoft is the game when you use guns from walmart. It's sad. Most of them never had an AEG or a gas powered pistol. |

@2pi Not really. In speedball stratagy can fail alot. Also the small arena=Less oppertunitys for complex stratagy.
Speedball stratagy's are usally. Cover me Advance when I fire Stay close Spread out Charge forward |
