OK!
Create a directory inside ROBLOX's folder in %appdata%, name it 'hats'.
THEN, we create a mesh file, named 'hat', and place it inside this directory.
NOW, when a player creates a hat for Roblox Talk, it will be installed in said directory - with the name specified - and we can load it in the game!
It would work like a Minecraft mod, you must place the specified class files (compiled Java), in this case mesh files.
