What do you all think about studio 2.0(in news, the latest post). For me it is total dissapointment:
First of all, the screenshot they provided did not show anything new. Like, at all. The same buttons and tabs.
After it, the features which they will add. They did not even describe them. "New part- and model-editing tools" Does this mean they will just add cframe tool inside studio? Or make something usefull, like auto wedge/corner wedge placer. "Powerful game builders" - what is that?
What do you think about it? |

It's going to be horrible. They're basically putting a new label on Mac Studio (which fails, horribly) and (force) distributing it to everybody to use.
So basically, they're messing up my layout that I'm comfortable with and replacing it with a new studio of which I dislike.
Haters gonn' hate. |

We will have to wait and see I guess. And then listen to everyones opinion about why they want 'old' building back. I haven't minded ROBLOX's changes to the way Building is set up, although I don't use the simplistic stamper tools at all. I only wish they gave a little tutorial or explanation so that we in the Building helpers forum don't have to figure it out and explain it to the 50% of the ROBLOX population who can't understand the updates. |

| But then again, I haven't seen the Mac version, so I may want to toss my mouse into the wall when it messes up my building too. |

@69, just to tell, the mac version is rather worser...
I saw it, and I expected more...what a disappointment... ._. |

| Yea. You can't judge a book by it's cover so we really can't judge this. For all we know it could be the best thing ever to the worst. |

@scrin:
Lol. "Worser".
----------
I just kinda wish ROBLOX would let us choose if we want to update or not.
Like, give an auto-update and manual update option for studio...

Hoboboy, that could lead to holes in the game's scripting, if someone is using an old platform then the game would also be using an old platform when played. Leading to problems.
Instead I wish they would post a tutorial on every new update they make so we're not flooded with the same question when the update is released. |

| You do know that you can go into the Roblox studio files and change the button images right paul? I have back up images and textures from 06. I have the original circle stud texture saved on my computer somewhere. And if I change it back to the circle stud that I what I will be seeing. Same with the buttons. |

I just read the blog... Once they said they were changing the PC interface to the Mac interface, I wanted to throw my computer, or even better, knock some sense into builderman. I wish Roblox knew the difference between crap and a hole in the ground.
