Today, it came to my attention when I logged on this afternoon that I had been sent a message detailing that my Turbo Builder's club had expired. I have no problem with this, but then I recalled the loyalty bonus and that it would be reset to zero - fair enough. My problem comes when you consider that I was given no warning as to the fact that my builder's club was going to expire, for example in 3 days time and so there was no way in which I could have prepared to renew it before it expired and before the loyalty bonus, which has been accumulating for over 3 years, reset. I feel quite strongly about this as it seems as though it is a sneaky way of catching people out and giving them less of a bonus so that they would then go and pay extra for further currency bonuses. I apologies if this is not the case, but recently with item prices soaring (with a lack of a try-before-you-buy or a decent description of what the item does in terms of the gear, and having to pay for new features (which are not included with builder's club such as the video posting feature) it seems as though users are almost being forced to pay out more in order to access Roblox in the way they wish. Once again, apologies if this is the wrong impression, but it seems as though builders club is almost redundant given the excess of other features that are required to be purchased using in-game currency and by extension 'real-life' money. Therefore it seems slightly 'unfair' that a user's 'loyalty' is completely reset without warning and not re-cooperated if something is done about it the very same afternoon.
My solution to this problem is this; add into the roblox 'messaging' system (not notification as it is only a small box with a number which usually is telling me that there is a new test feature - a sort of cry-wolf in a way) a feature which will send user's a message 3 to 5 days before their builder's club expires so that they will be not just aware of the fact, but so that they also have a time-frame in which to act. In addition, may I propose a 24 period after expiry in which users can re-subscribe and maintain their loyalty so that they feel more valued by Roblox, I know that I have enjoyed Roblox for almost 4 years and it was very disappointing to be 'cast aside' simply because of extraneous circumstances (in my case A2-Level exams) which meant I would not be able to either notice or remember the expiry date of my subscription. |

| As expected this problem has been seen by no-one and hence Roblox staff will not know that this is an issue, Thanks Roblox forums for being the only way of contacting a brick wall. |

Support. You could have a little BC sign in the top left with the number of days you have left inside. Plus, it should be more like a week. Some people have to run out to the shops and get a BC card. |

You can see when your BC is going to expire on your profile.
Hail o' fail on that one.
But support everything else. |

| It's not like it's obvious or the first thing that you look at or in big coloured numbers, in fact it's in the place that I look at least. |

Stop with the rude comments. I can tell by your attitudes that you're just jealous you've never posted anything this good.
If any of you are misunderstanding, not a 24 hour add on to builders club, a 24 hour expiry for your loyalty bonus. |

Yes. A timer that CLEARLY shows when your Builders Club membership expires is needed.
