Authors note --------------- This is a free choice type. You chose what you will do with your country and I chose the outcome. This means I won't be involved in the interaction. I am what you can call a game master.
Basic plot ----------- It is the year 1453. A very important year for Europe. Constantinople fell to the forces of the Ottoman Empire Sultan Mehmed II. The Byzantine Empire is no more and the gate to Europe is opened. The fate of Europe lies in the Balkan area where small nations all united in the faith in Christ oppose the Ottoman hordes.
The rules ----------- You chose your actions, I chose the outcome
ONLY USE EUROPEAN AND ASIAN NATIONS (some coastal African nations are allowed)
Use existing nations by that time or create new ones (put the word "imaginary" or something similar in the bracket next to the name of the country if it is made up on the sheet)
I control the climate, other nations and some other things you can not control
Don't interrupt the RP, when we start anything off topic goes in a bracket
No godmodding
Be realistic (this goes for using teach for that time period and such)
Listen to me and the admins (first three to join are admins)
Me -- admin -- none admin
I can make any other rule or change existing ones during any time of the RP
Use grammar
If somebody brakes a rule I have the power to banish them from the RP if I decide so
Glossary --------- Reports You can ask for a report on anything about your country or other countries. Example, a report on civil unrest in a specific city.
War War can be a good thing if you capture territory but if the war is forced on to you it can be a serious business. Based on your nation you will have a "war support percentage" that I determine. If the war support percentage is low you will be able to go to war but your troops morale will be low which could determine the course of the battle. If the case is opposite the tides could turn. Smaller armies with greater morale have been known to defeat vast hordes of enemies with low morale. Any time during the RP you can ask for a report on the war support percentage and any other thing for that matter. When you go to war with a country you don't own I take control of that country.
Siege/ capturing countries You can set siege to cities. I will often use dice to determine the course of the battle. When you capture a city it takes time for it to become loyal. You can ask for a specific city loyalty report any time (just like you can ask for any other report you could think of). In order to capture a country you need to hold the capital for ten of your posts. Then the country will surrender and it will become a part of your nation.
Alliance/ trade Trade is usually the start of an alliance. An allied nation can help you in the time of need, rent you troops or help you financially. It is always good to have an ally. Trading is always good with neighbouring nations.
Espionage You can send spies of enemy or neutral territory to scout the area better before you attack. Skilled spies can open cities in sieges. Be careful though, spies were known to start wars if caught.
Seasons The seasons will shift every five pages. We start in summer. Spring and Summer- crops collecting seasons Autumn and Winter- stock up seasons
Resources There are four basic resources needed to build certain buildings that you can build.
Food Stone Lumber Iron
Happiness/ crime Crime is based on your satisfaction level Peasant happiness (I determine this) Perfect- little if no crime Happy- small amount of crime is present Moderate- moderate crime level Bad- crime level is higher Miserable- crime level is chaotic
Religion Based on your nation. Must be historically accurate.

-Overview-
-Location Aspada is stationed in the north of Italy bordering with the Republic of Venice and the Kingdom of Hungary. Sadly, you have no sea connection which means most of the trade is done with the Republic of Venice.

-Religion: Due to your nation being Christian you get support from the Pope which you return by sending him troops if needed.
-Your war support is currently 60% because the Ottoman hordes are approaching the boarder.
-Alliance/ trade: You can decide who to trade and what to trade during the RP. It's best to trade close nations.
-Resources -Food: Good (Most of your food comes from the south where farmers hold their plantations) -Stone: Medium -Lumber: Medium: -Iron: Low
-Army Your army is trained and medium in size. |

Three villages can be sighted from the border that your troops can cross.
The border is small due to the mountain terrain so the only passable area is about 10 kilometers wide.
The villages are heavily guarded with troops preparing to attack you with highly superior weapons and vast numbers that surpass yours. |
