G'afternoon VS, and others, this thread will be about something I haven't really seen VS do much.
From now on, I will be allowing NCO’s to run my trainings, if I find them mature, and suitable enough for the task. This will be focused at Sergeants+, who will be the ones who will need to prepare the most for HR life.
I will supervise the training of course, add AP/CP, and judge how well the candidate did at running the training, which will determine how much AP/CP he/she will recieve.
[RULES]
-Do not ask to run the training, so much as a hint at it and you will never be chosen.
-Try and use grammar; I don't mind if you use average grammar from time to time, but it shouldn't fall to "umg yussssss he w1nz".
-No favouritism, I don't want you doing anything which will hinder one member, and excel the other. Doing so will lead to me taking over the training, and you will lose CP.
-Don't call yourself my assistant, I detest it, if I needed an assistant, I wouldn't be a Colonel. And anyways, you're not being an assistant, you're running a training and doing practical tasks to prepare for an Officer's life, not running around getting me coffee.
-Don't be a fool...just don't.
[AP Distribution]
You will follow this guideline for AP distribution at trainings, unless you have a valid reason not to: Obby:1AP SF 1st place: 2AP SF 2nd place:1AP GF 1st and 2nd: same as SF. Other: Between 1-2AP, no more. Turning up bonus:1AP
[JUDGEMENT] This is how I will judge you, and decide how much AP, and CP you earn:
2AP, 1CP: Maintains basic control over the training, but needs a HR to intercept and help often. Uses basic grammar throughout the training, but does not maintain excellent grammar.
3AP, 2CP: Has good control over the training and it's trainees, and uses Average grammar throughout the training, and half of the time excellent grammar. Does not admin abuse, or fool around. Needs some help from the HR Supervisor.
4AP, 3CP: Complete and utter control over the Trainees, and maintains great to excellent grammar throughout the training. Needs little to none interception from the HR Supervisor, and shows outstanding maturity and leadership.
Anyone found purposely found trying to sabotage the Trainer from doing his job because of some petty feud WILL lose AP/CP, keep your fighting out of VS.
-Note- This idea will come in properly when I can host trainings on my PC, instead of my brother's laptop, but I will be doing this when I am able to host trainings.
On the topic of trainings, I will now be enforcing basic grammar at trainings, don’t use at least basic grammar, and you’ll get kicked after 3-5 warnings. I expect this at forts and trainings, but I don’t mind as much on the wall, as it is traditionally a social place.
That is all, I look forward to seeing the members trying out leading a training.
