I know a few from what I do at swim practice you can do the basic push-ups, sit-ups and stuff but I like to do planks. Not the kind that people do when you are just flat, but you are in a push-up position with your forearm on the ground and you just hold it for a like a minute or you can do something thats like riding a bike you just lay down and move your legs in a peddling type motion.
