| Is it better to make a group that requires that you go through an acadamey to get in to, or to make a division for advanced people? |

Don't start an academy unless you have a sure fire plan, people to run the academy, and a willing member base. Otherwise, people will just give up.
You want to ease them into the feel of it, like, instituting certain parts one at a time, and then having the full academy at the end. You also want to make sure that the system you use to promote people within the academy, and your group aren't too harsh, but aren't lax either, so people rank up at a moderate pace. |
