A Universal Bootcamp.
A strict group whose soul purpose is to train. Not raid, no forts. Just train.
Why would this be helpful?
1. Graduating would look good on a person's credentials 2. To become a better soldier 3. Groups could make it a requirement to join certain divisions or earn certain ranks. 4. Groups could use it as a punishment. Instead of demoting for actions, they could suspend them until they graduate.
People in the group would be closely monitored and experience strict trainings. All data from the trainings would be recorded, and handed to anybody with the rights to look at them. There would be two official drill sargents and up to three official recorders who watch over the training and record what soldiers do, but are never seen or interact with the soldiers.

I like it. But what you are suggesting, could be a little difficult.

| Yes I understand it may be difficult. But I want to try it. I just need people to get the word out and to support me. Maybe some super-clan sponsors and such. |
