I have had one, main idea, on how I want to run RSF.
For RSF to be both an elite but large super clan. And to have the process of getting into our high-ranks to be challenging; but also rewarding.
Overall; we've been successful. But with the loss of activity of many high-ranks who 'meant business' paired with my overwhelming attitude of forgiveness; RSF is losing part of the 'puzzle piece' of who we truly are.
I don't blame anyone. A failure on my end; has led to problems with everyone else; which has led to problems that hurt RSF. I admit it started with me. And so I feel I should be the person to solve any problems.
These are both my ideas, and suggestions. I feel strong about some, and negotiable on others. I want feedback, and ideas. RSF isn't in a hole. But we have the possibility of crashing soon, unless we change things drastically.
[1] The first major course of action: I wrote this forum first; and your submissions are due in a week. Please message 'MadMcGenuis' before 11:59 on [next] Thursday night. [EST]:

[2] Uniforms. I'm not an irrational person, who tells everyone what they should do. But being part of RSF, and being a large piece of what makes up who we are, we need more from your end.
You are the face of RSF. With only about 25% of high-ranks wearing uniforms- our 'face' is that of other clans.
Again; suggestions and opinions will be taken in, but this is what I feel should be in place.
-ALL HRs: Are required to wear a uniform 100% of the time, during an RSF event. [Training, meeting, ect..]
-All HRs: Are also required to wear a RSF uniform when not dealing with another clan. If 'X101st' is holding a sword fighting tournament all day; then by all means; wear their uniform! But when not, wear an RSF uniform. If you have a logical reason of why you might not be able to, ask me first, and I will most likely make exceptions. The only issue will be, is if 75 people have a 'logical reason' which may enable me to make a 'logical reason' of why not to. I had an issue when I was General, when both RSF & RAT had a dress code. We solved the problem, and I'm willing to do the same. I know; 95% of you won't support this. But please, post feedback for me on this forum.
[3] Being Strict: I don't want to freak out, and scream at people who stand on my head. But, for example, if someone is KILLING ALLIES AT ARVORE, then harsher punishments should be put into place.
[4] A requirement for how many shouts you have a week? I tried to put this into place a few months ago.
[5] Tasks/Goals. Certain members will be assigned tasks to accomplish within an allotted time block.
I'm focusing on the first 3, mainly. Please post opinions.
I hope that this helps RSF; and makes RSF more exciting and rewarding for everyone.
As always; GLORY TO RSF!

| Agree. I suggest a reform, demote all Colonels and Generals to Officer, and you can decide on activity and the officer academy which are worthy of Colonel and General. |

I agree fruit.
On the shout thing, do you mean a certain amount? Or a limit.
I am always identifiable as a RSF member.
I also agree with white elite, but on a different scale. Have a thing they must be active, if they are absent for a week they are warne again and demoted. UNLESS they have told you.
Also make COLONEL harder and allow them to promote, it's a huge pain for HR's and LR's to have to wait on a General to do it. |

| I beleave that this is a bad idea, Demoting generals colonels officers may get many good and active RSF HR's to leave witch will make RSF fall. I disagree. |

@Black: But if they leave, were they ever really dedicated? If you were demoted to Recruit, would you rage, or see what happened, and re-earn it.
I know that during the AA when I was demoted, I kind of "begged" fruit. But That was not a punishment, that was a faulty HR. |

| @Maxdman: I agree. If they leave, they don't care about the group. |

2 shouts a week is hard.
And if everybody does it an overwhelming 180 shouts per 7 days is going to knock our heads off.
Other than that, fully on your side, Fruitbox.
But one problem,
even Generals can't punish hard enough. A recruit does something, they can't be demoted. Most RSF members are recruits. Giving exile powers is dangerous, but it is possible. Simply: 1. Adress the giving of exile powers to Generals. 2. A trust survey? Interrogattion? To make sure that the Generals can be trusted with this. 3. If any cannot, Demote them. 4. Add the power, and hopefully, problem is solved. |

Agreed,
But a few flaws in the system. But if we maintain the system it could benefit.

| I think the major problem here is two things: No HRs are really 'mature' and tend to think they can outsmart a superior. Example: A first day Officer trying to out smart a Supreme General. The officer loses, obviously, starts to be a scorch, complains, and we get issues. Another issue is the forgivness by fruitbox (which is what makes you, YOU fruitbox, dont be ashamed of it). HRs think 'Oh, I did somethign wrong, and no punishment? Ha, I can do it again!' Ive noticed this problem. A lot. |
