Welcome to the Gallantry Manual! If you are a new member of Gallantry, please read the Manual to help you out in the future. ________________________________________________________________________ [ii] Index
[1] Rules [2] Ranking System [3] Promotions [4] Demotions [5] Miscellaneous [6] Positions ________________________________________________________________________ [1] Rules
-No flaming at other Gallantry soldiers -No disrespecting High Ranks -No spamming -No admin abusing -No admin attacking [Anything else YOU know is wrong] ________________________________________________________________________ [2] Ranking System
Our current ranks in Gallantry are as followed:
[1] Member [Low] [2] Corporal [Low] [3] Captain [Low] [4] Combatant [Mid] [5] Operative [Mid] [6] Officer [Mid] [7] Executive [High] [8] Council [High] [X] Chancellor [High] ________________________________________________________________________ [3] Promotions
[Member-Captain]:
If you are trying to earn a promotion in Gallantry, and you are under the rank of Captain or below, It's not that difficult, just simply do well enough to get noticed by a High Rank in a training, if he thinks you are worthy of a promotion, he will give it to you. Now, if you beg for a promotion, that High Rank has the right to demote you.
[Combatant-Officer]:
If you are below the rank of Officer, and are trying to earn a promotion, you need to work very hard, and show that you are committed. We aren't looking for pure skill, we are looking for heart, committment, and leadership. If you show that, you will be promoted. Combatants and above have to do more than just attend one training, they have to show that they will always come to Gallantry events, if they can earn a promotion or not.
Officers, if you want to earn a promotion, you have to AT LEAST be in Gallatnry for two weeks, that's half a month, you have to show you are 100% committed, and that you are worthy for a high rank. When a High Rank thinks your ready, they can PM whoever is in charge of the Executives, to give you the Executive Quiz, DO NOT ASK FOR THE QUIZ, A HIGH RANK WILL TELL YOU WHEN YOU ARE READY!
[Executive-Council]:
Executives, if you want to become Council, you MUST show you are 100% ready for it. Council isn't just the next rank, when you are a Council member, you are representing Gallatnry, you are in charge of all the lower ranks, you have the most responsable job in Gallantry, you run the clan when you are Council. To be chosen to be Council, you must be hand selected by the Chancellor, or voted in on the 3-Month election.
Council, you are the Chancellors Hand-Select team, if the Chancellor ever has to leave Gallantry, or quit ROBLOX, one of you will be chosen to run Gallantry, most likely the Second in Command at the time. ________________________________________________________________________ [4] Demotions
If you get demoted in Gallantry, most likely, you have broken one of the rules in Section 1. There are plenty of other ways to get demoted other than those rules, but, depending on your rank you could recieve some warnings. _______________________________________________________________________[5] Miscellaneous
Gallantry has grown quickly and admirably, considering how it currently has 1,000+ members, and has been around for a while now. However, before we expand further, I think we need to step back, take a look at ourselves, assess our purpose, define ourselves, and train our soldiers. I want Gallantry to be a mixture of VAK and UCR, when these two clans may seem different, a mixture would be outstanding. Like VAK, for their strict, well grammared soldiers, and UCR for their fun loving funny soldiers. I just want Gallantry to know when to have fun, and when to be serous. That's all. ________________________________________________________________________ [6] Positions
