Here are just a few examples:
Obstical Obstacal Opstacle Obsticle Obssticle Obiscal Obstilce Ob$tacle <-- This would actually be spelled right, if it weren't for the dollar sign! Opstical ...
NOOOOO!
The biggest "obstacle" to your obstacle course should not be the anguish of reading your poorly spelled title!

You can't expect people to use perfect grammar and spelling all the time...
...can you?
PS: It's obstacle, BabyLuigi. Learn how to spell. (No offence.) |

See what I mean? You have an easier time finding people's obstacle courses if you do a search for "courses" than if you search for "obstacle", because hardly anyone spells "obstacle" correctly. Therefore, I suggest when building a map, a "map type" or "category" should be selected with the appropriate spelling (combat, obstacle course, builder, tycoon, etc.) Then, one can do a subsearch with the corresponding category. This will make searches easier (and will also make your map more visible!) |

This is how "obstacle" is spelled, people. Spell it right, or don't make an obstacle course.

If everyone would use the word "Obstacle" for his or her obstical course, then you'll get a longer obstical course list! If it is spelled on a other way, then you'll get less longer lists!
You also cannot expect us to spell words good! |

Sorry for double post, but in the following part I typed something wrong: If everyone would use the word "Obstacle" for his or her OBSTICAL course
The word that is typed in capital letters, obstical, should be obstacle. |

I totally agree with the author of this thread. It's so annoying how 90% of all obstacle courses are called obsticle course.
and i dont get what whacka wants to tell us... |

Sigh... I'll show you guys what I mean:
When all obstacle courses have bad grammar
You type in at Browse: obstical
obstical course (win 2 be admin)!! obstical course (read descr.) hardest obstical ever
When obstacle courses have good grammar
You type in at Browse: obstacle
Obstacle course (read descr.) Obstacle Hard Obstacle (win 2 be admin)!! Obstacle course!!!! Obstacle not-too-hard Obstacle course etc
The names of the obstacle courses doesn't matters. If the name Obstacle must be spelled right, then there could be lots of obstacle courses with the same name or it becomes too hard to think of a new name!
People are free to give their obstacle course a name, even if it is spelled wrong. I don't care what name they give to their obstacle course, if it HAS a name and not an bad name or an abusive name.
If people want to call their obstacle course obstical course, then I don't care. It's their obstacle course. I cannot and will not say to them that they must change obstical course into obstacle course. You cannot expect that from them.
You must also realize that some people AREN'T English or American, like me! If their English grammar and / or spelling is bad, then I don't care. Of course, it must still be understandable what they are saying. My English is bad, so don't blame me or anyone else that I can't talk English.
Accept it or not, it'll be and stay.

| They can certainly still call it whatever they want. In fact, they could call it something entirely unintelligible if they wanted to, but I am suggesting that it would be grouped under a premade category system that would make searches more efficient and productive. |

Thank you for your feedback. I certainly don't want this to discourage originality. Let's propose someone comes up with a "new" game idea with his editing, and it doesn't fit cleanly into any of the categories. Perhaps there should be an "Uncategorized" group until there are enough games that warrant a new category type.
An example: Let's propose I make a functioning "chess" game with my profile. It wouldn't really fit with tycoons, or builders, or shoot-em-ups... perhaps I would put it in the "uncategorized" category until there were enough similar games like mine. |

I totally agree with you. People on roblox spell everything wrong: Reigien and Conquor Regain and Concuer Regen and Conquor (originally Reign and Conquer)
BUT if you search places with obstacle, you'll probably find less nooby obstacle courses. That's actually great! |
