| The Senate of the United States of America voted on this bill, and by majority, it passed. This is how it is in reality, and it is one of my goals to make our nation as realistic as possible. Please respect this bill. |

| If you aren't an elected politician in any form, you have nothing to worry about. And Kingeddie, you cannot be National Guard AND a politician. Why? 'Cause that's how it is. |

| "Any person who is deemed. . ." That little phrase right there means that I have the jurisdiction to decide who is and isn't active duty. National Guard counts as Active Duty in my eyes, therefore it is included in the bill. |

What is the punishment if found guilty? If it is an absurd punishment, like suspension, it then becomes UNCONSTITUTIONAL,Dur to the 8th amendment.

@The Act-Thats not the definition (real one that army uses) of Active Duty. If your active duty, (example) your in Army and serving in Iraq for a Tour (i hope you all know what tour is) thats what active duty is.
Also, i dont believe that having a bill that limits the Soldiers' powers for jobs should not be applied to the President. -Bazz |
