| I know this is going to be a really noobish question but im starting a new project and am making some things for it, but i need to know how do you stick different parts together? I'm using roblox studio on windows |

You can find a good weld script in freemodels or go to the wiki and learn how to make one.
I like using Crazyman32's Auto weld script, it will unanchor parts when finished, and removes itself. Awesome job Crazyman32. |

| Ok I'll give that a try tomorrow but I vaguely remember their being a button that puts parts together, like instead of having gaps between each part they become one whole part |

That would be CFraming(coordinate framing) meaning placing one part into another.
Search this forum for theopfor's CFraming guide, or go to wiki and search for CFrame. Or you could try cmdutl, by Anaminus. Theres CFrame tools in freemodels as a last resort.
The weld script I mentioned might not be good for buildings. As anchored parts don't need a weld.
When CFraming ,parts must be anchored. |
