| Franklin was a lot like Arthur. The stories in both the shows are always "sticky situations" and "problems" in life. |

I really liked it because it was essentially science fiction.
I remember the special where the cartoon star who looks like him requires his assistance. (I can't remember names except for Olie/Zowie/Pop) |
