I tried uploading a group logo for my group. It was supposed to be transparent, but it turned out with a white background.
I used both .png and .jpg but it still turns out white.

Hai, Brian.
I know this may sound obvious and you probably already did it, but, did you make the area not the logo (The background) transpaent? Do it by selecting and deleting the area you want transparent |

Yes I did.
I even uploaded the decal of it, and it's transparent.
I used Paint net

Then what exactly is the problem if it is transparent?
Using paint.net use a magic wand to select ALL white in the logo, then hit delete to make it transparent. |

| @flaming, the page has a certain gradient and by that you can see a certain 'outline' in the logo if not transparent. |

| It is indeed transparent when I paste it into my paint.net.. You might want to mail roblox about this, it might be a site bug. |

| Yes, it has been like that recently. It's kind of annoying to be honest. It's transparent in some places such as your account profile, but not on the group page. Why?? |

| Bug probably. Why do you need it transparent? Don't know, hasn't happened to me. |

What program do you use to make your logo? Use Paint. NET and select the wand tool from your toolbar. Click on the section you want to turn transparent and press the "Delete" button. Then save it as a PNG image.
Hopefully that solves your problem! -SSB |

| They might have used a gradient similar to Roblox's to give the illusion that it's transparent. |

| Yeah it replaces transparency with just plane white, it matches in with you profile page and what not, but since the group page has a gradient to it, it looks utterly terrible. |

Use Adobe Photoshop CC or even AI CC, because it's probably that website. (I am still confused to this day, that people use websites for photo editing...)
