Speed, power, and rhythm of a god.
His feet and power was so phenomenal that the band couldn't let him use a double bass pedal due to the fact he'd drown out the band, even with one leg it's, his speed is still unmatched by almost all drummers.
He also had the ability to use the drums to it's full extent rather than using only a few pieces and having one that was just there for show.
His skill and prowess would only continue to rise if he wasn't cut short of his life.
Truly worthy of the title: Hammer of the gods. |

Also: He had the ability to make drumming sound good and full of life.
Being so dedicated at times in his 20 minute solos his hands would bleed from hitting the cymbals and drums with his hands so hard. |

| Well, he isn't a god. If he was, there would be no life. |

Keith Moon and John Bonham come close.
Neil Peart wishes he can lick the ball sweat off of John Bonham's seat. |

No way. Nicko McBrain (Iron Maiden), Dave Lombardo (Slayer), and Paul Bostaph (Forbidden, Slayer, Testament, Exodus) are better. -- •∏åPåLM I∏ †H∑ MØ®∏I∏G• |

Bonzo is okay. Nothing special. He's like the Rev. The only reason people care about him is because he's dead. Well, with Bonzo, also the fact that he was in Led Zeppelin, but that's it.
Some better drummers: Proscriptor McGovern (Absu) Neil Peart (Rush) Dave Lombardo (Slayer) Paul Bostaph (Exodus, Testament, Forbidden, Slayer) Gene Hoglan (Death, Dark Angel, Dethklok, Devin Townsend, Forbidden, Strapping Young Lad, Testament, etc.) Keith Moon (The Who) Gar Sammuelson (Megadeth) Charlie Beanate (Anthrax, Stormtroopers Of Death) Blake Anderson (Vektor) |

Neil Peart is an emotionless tool.
Bonzo actually added emotion and ddication to his drumming which made him soar above the others. |

@David
I know Buddy Rich.
Lol, see him play live and he's just as much of an emotionless tool as Neal Peart. |

I don't mean offense, but Mike Portnoy is doing better than the Rev has. The Rev was good, but he wasn't the best. |
