use:
local floater = script.Parent local button = floater.BodyVelocity floater.Touched:connect(function() floater.Anchored = false while true do button.maxForce = Vector3.new(0,4000,0) -- Upward force button.velocity = Vector3.new(0,1,0) -- Positive Velocity wait(2.5) button.maxForce = Vector3.new(0,3465,0) -- Low force value to slow the fall of part against gravity button.velocity = Vector3.new(0,1,0) -- Positive Velocity wait(.75) end) |

EDIT: Use
local floater = script.Parent local button = floater.BodyVelocity function onTouched(hit) if hit.Parent:findFirstChild("Humanoid") ~= nil then floater.Anchored = false while true do button.maxForce = Vector3.new(0,5000,0) -- Upward force button.velocity = Vector3.new(0,1,0) -- Positive Velocity wait(2.5) button.maxForce = Vector3.new(0,4000,0) -- Low force value to slow the fall of part against gravity button.velocity = Vector3.new(0,1,0) -- Positive Velocity wait(.75) end end end
script.Parent.Touched:connect(onTouched) |

| No because when it hits the ground the ground will make another touched function run at the same time as the first one making the timing go off. You have to remove the while true do to make that work |

Wait, no anchor?
Add this (May be wrong):
brick.NameOfThePartHere.Parent.Anchored = false
Now, it may be wrong. I barely read any of the posts. |

| I don't want to just use a script. Since I'm learning I want to know why, how, and for it to be explained. |

Explanation: If you look closely at the if statement you will see that it checks to see if there is a humanoid in the parent of the part that hits the brick. As you may already know, your left leg is part of your character which contains your humanoid. This statement make sure that the script only allows players to use it. If it doesn't work just boost up the velocity, otherwise, I have no idea what's wrong. |
