As we have seen and witnessed, in times of stress or in impending problems, us ourselves tend to overcomplicate things, or we get so worked up that we can't think straight.
Let's take the second day I owned UCR for example. TD said something to me that I will never forget, and during the five days (during this time my mom also told me all that jazz) I doubted myself, and it put me in turmoil. I forgot what I was doing, and I kept stalling to start things.
Everyone else in UCR believed in me - they wanted me to lead, but I myself was my own problem. I was letting what TD said to me and did effect me.
We tend to make matters worse. If something is bothering you, take time to think about it, and try to become calm. Often the people around us aren't the problem.
It's hard to do something you love when you're tied up with your own thoughts about how bad you're doing. Remember that there are people around you who believe in you; you're not alone.

In other words,
This goes out to the people who doubt themselves.
