Hello again everybody. As you probably remember, the RASTS race on Monday was very controversial. The main reason for this was the immense amounts of lag. Logically, the fuel and tire system was to blame for the lag. Even I thought this. TomCanty suggested to me that I add a script to the place to remove any potential fire viruses within the place. Thinking that this might have been the issue, I did just that. Sadly, the lag did not improve. It was now obvious that the new technology was a lag bomb.

The next day, I decided to try to reduce the lag in the new technology. My plan was to take the number of scripts in the fuel and tire system from over 50 to 1. This worked just as planned. However, the lag was not really improved. I then got curious about the fire virus that Tom had mentioned to me the previous night. I had had experience with this virus before in RGNS and had created a script to remove the virus from the place. This was the script that I put inside of the place at the race to get rid of the virus. What I discovered was that the script was not working properly. If there had been a fire virus in the place during the race, it would not have been removed.

I decided that the best idea would be to go through all of the cars, brick by brick, to see if any of them were infected. All cars were clear except for one. That car happened to belong to Killer0431. I found that multiple bricks inside of his car contained the virus.

After removing the virus from the car, I held a test race to see if the lag had improved at all. There were 10 racers in it; a full pack. There was no lag except for the small amounts that normally happen in racing places. It was now safe to say that the fire virus was the culprit. The fuel and tire systems were not the causes of the lag.

The reason for why the virus was inside of Killer's car is unknown. I have yet to speak to him on the matter. The thing that caught my attention was that on the date of the race, Killer was a key leader in the protest against the technology and flaming. He seemed to be quick to accuse the fuel and tire systems, as if he were trying to avoid being caught. It is possible that Killer was attempting to sabotage the league, for reasons maybe relating to a possible dislike of either SkyWiz or myself. There is not very much evidence to this though, other than what I have already stated.

It is just as likely that this was an accident. Killer could have easily been inside of his place in build mode and inserted the car model to paint it. If the place had the virus, the car would have gotten the virus too. The only odd thing about this theory is that the virus was only in a few bricks in Killer's car. If the car was inside of a place with the virus, every brick would have been infected. The only logical reason for there being the virus in only a few bricks would be someone manually putting it in.

I am not attempting to accuse anyone of intentional wrongdoing. This post is mainly to inform the public that the problem with the fuel and tire system, that actually was never there, is solved. This means that the league can exist, and the next generation of Ro-Racing can still come. If you are still interested in being in the league, I ask that you, if given the opportunity, send SkyWiz a private message letting him know that you know the story and would like to be a part of the league again.

Thank you.

Alright. Maybe that's how Killer gets the pole in every race. But you never know.

Here's my take on this. I checked Killer's model of his RKTS car and it did have the virus in a few parts of his car. The virus is "fire", which infects the person in the game then every brick that person touches. This explains the select few bricks only having the virus. In each of my tracks I have always had a "fire" remover added, which completely wipes out every "fire" in the place. In my places, Killer's car contains no virus. Killer having the virus in his car does not by any means make him "faster" or have better qualifying. Also, I highly doubt he would try to sabotage the series.

-Killer is fine, he never did anything wrong. Just a misunderstanding.
