The world now lays in shatters. Nuclear radiation files across the globe, while chemicals from factories explode in vibrant colors. Disease in on the rampage, while the human race is filed into a species that kills for surivial, but harsher. A speck of civilization is existent in St. Neven.
-------------------FACTIONS----------
Remainial American Military Regiment (RAMR)-The remains of the U.S military. Keeps order and peace in official establishments and makeshift and official outposts. Has high health, and weapons can be P90'S,M16A4'S,M16'S,SPAS12'S,PSG-12'S,MP5'S,MPK5'S, and Stingers. Carries the listed weapons, U.S Military Branch Uniforms,(vary from different types, Air forces, Army, Marines, Navy,etc.)
American Savage Revolutionaries (ASR)- A bunch of American extremists. Is hostile to everyone. Has meduim health. Wapons are AK-74'S,M16'S,G18, RPG-18'S,Skorpions, and Uzis.
Gargoyles- Highway Bandits, theives, robbers, you name it. These misfits of society are dangerous, but clueless. Low health. Armed with AK-47s, Mini Uzis, RPG-7's,and the many assorments of revolvers and pistols.
--------------------Enemies----------
Mutants- There are assorments of mutants. Small= Low health. meduim=Meduim health. Large= High health.
Infected- People that are affected by radiation, chemicals, or diseases, or even all 3. Meduim health.
Animals= Same as mutants, but unaffected.
Bandits= people who will kill you and steal your items. Meduim health.
Theives- People who silently steal your belongings. Low health.

Disease:
Your character can get sick. You can cure diseases if your needs are satisfied and/or you have a cure.

Anthrax SARS HIV/AIDS Influenza variants (etc. H1N1,bird flu, regular flu, etc.) Cold Sleeping Sickness Thyphoid Typhus Cholera Plague Malaria
Chemicals:
Your character can be exposed to chemicalsnd die. The only way to cure it is to stay away from chemical sources.
Sources are sewers, factories, plants, reactors, dams, and canals.

Radiation:
Radiation is a common in the world of apocalypse. Radiation can be found in chemical areas as well, as well as NUCLEAR reactors, bomb craters, radioactive waste, radioactive barrels, and radioactive water.
Levels:
1-No radiation 2-Almost No radiation 3-slight levels 4-More of slight levels 5-Regular radiation located' 6-Meduim High Radiation 7-High Radiation 8-Severe Radiation 9-VERY SEVERE RADIATION 10-FATAL RADIATION

Hunger- Without food, you can die and catch disease faster.
Thirst- Without water, you can shrivel and die and be exposed to disease.
Sleep-Without sleep, you will be exhausted and levels will drop faster, and you will be clumsy.
Health:Your overall health. When it reaches 0, you are dead.
Energy: How muh energy to sprint, run, carry things.Contributes to sleep.

St. Neven Hospital: Guarded by RAMR, this facility houses machines and cures to regain your health and energy, reduce your chemical and radiation exposure, and rid of your diseases.
Substation: A tunnel that houses sfaehouses. Has weapons, food, ammo, water, and beds. Guarded by the local militia and RAMR.
St. Neven Amrmory and Correctional Facility: A armory with tons of guns and ammo, food, water, beds, and cells for the ASR to store the prisoners.
Residential District: A community of thevies, mutants, bandits, RAMR,ASR,militias,food,water,beds,safehouses,weapons, and ammo is located. In civil attack of itself, so be careful.
Commerce District: A area where stroes and malls house all of yourneeds. No danger.
Industrial Discrict: No need objects, full of infected and mutants, extremely dangerous.
Farmlands: Houses food, water, safehouses, and guns Abandoned.

(Accepted, but you might want to repost CHarisma agian, as Charisma is the way to talk to people and how they beleive you.

Bio: Spent 5 years in the military, had a lot of training, eventually came back home to his wife and kids. Once Slevin came back he decided to be a police officer, he would later find out that most of his partners were criminals and corrupt. One day Slevin decided to tell the commissioner about what the corrupt cops are doing. Little did Slevin know that the commissioner was as corrupt and was actually running the whole thing. One horrible night, when Slevin and his family were sleeping in their home, a gang of police cars would pull up near their house and a bunch of cops would open fire on their house. His family was eliminated but he survived. After that he took his revenge on the whole police department, one by one he would eliminate the corrupt cops and in the end, even the commissioner. But that wasn't enough so Slevin decided to go after the criminals himself, delivering his brand of justice. Then the infection struck, not much has changed for him.
