| They would have to replace the voice actor as soon as their voice broke (for male voice actors) if they used a child voice actor, and voice actors tend to grow up more quickly than the characters. This is why characters who are children are often voiced by women, even if the character is a boy. Otherwise the high turnover rate would cost the company a lot of extra money. |
