Overtime words used in C&G to express feelings or to be offensive have taken different meanings in C&G.
For example, when somone says excuse mean, **Who do you think you are?** *or* **Get the heck out of my way!**
Same thing with words like ROFL, occasionally people aren't really on the the floor rolling under the desk and rolling over cables. Just means like finding humorous content in some post.
The same pattern folows with many other words/expressions we use today.

| Excuse me was actually meant to be used in occasions when you embarrass yourself, like when you burp, or rip gas. |

| Another thing is BRB, meaning be right back. Often used when someone is busy or when your going to be back in a day or so. |
