When I hear a famous artist on the radio, I don't go: "Wow! That person is a great singer" I think: "Wow! Computers have come a long way..."

Oh, shaddap. The Chemical Brothers and Fatboy Slim are great, and their music is made with "computers". |

There are great bands out there that have songs about great things. Bands that are genius in every way, and you can't always find them on your radio. Ever heard of La Dispute? Touché Amoré? Dance Gavin Dance? Exactly. |

| Let me re-phrase that, it's not "Real" music, so to speak. |

your exaggerating anyways i dont think YOU understand just because you dont like it doesnt mean it isnt music for example i absolutely despise green day billy joes voice makes me want to die but theyre still music its just music i dont like i dont care if you dont like electronic music and ill leave you alone if youll just admit that it is music even though you dont like it |

Of course it's an exaggeration, ya' dummy. Your right though. It probably has something to do with generations...
Most kids like Rap/Techno
Most adults like older stuff like Pink Floyd and AC/DC

Anyone who says this has to be mentally retarded, or trolling. Thinking this is about the same level as being 30 and still in elementary school. It's just that stupid. You are not "cool," "unique," or a "rebel" for hating "new" music and only liking "old" music. There are an absurd amount of people just like you. Around your age as well. And they all seem to have the same mindset. Shoot yourself. You clearly don't know what having an open mind is. You think you know everything about modern music, but you have yet to turn off the radio for once. |

My musical tastes has almost been the exact same since I was very young:
Really young: Listen to mainly rock and rap. Get a little older: Same thing, but now listening to some more metal Now: Same three things most often, but am willing to listen to anything as long as it sounds pleasing to me |
