It seems that the roblox devs pulled a major derp.
I had a few accounts from 07 and 08. Back when they were registered, only 1 number is required for the p@s sword. It appears that all accounts with only 1 number in their p@s swords were blocked from access today.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Does anyone know how to retrieve these older accounts if the e m@il used to register for them have been deactivated? |

No, they didn't. Unless someone has the p@ ssword (which nobody does), having all 4 of them PG'd is very unlikely. |

Just a bit more information:
At login, all of my old accounts display the following, essentially the same text displayed when a wrong login is used:
"Invalid Username and/or P@ ssword. Do you need to create a new account? Did you forget your p@ ssword?"
What the heck is going on?? |

I logged on two out of the four yesterday, and they were fine. No, I think there has definitely been some changes that were made very recently. |

If you have parent accounts for the lost accounts, you might be able to recover or even change the passes.
I'm sure you'll find a way. |

The customer service has never helped with any of my account related issues before. Heck, I'd never even seen them reply to my 6+ messages.
Sometimes I think they're just trying to screw with you. |

| emailed ROBLOX a long and detailed message, it's a pain, but it's worth it. Unless they reply with a stupid response like the did to me today and I and to make it more in-detail. my account is from 07 that's having these problems. |
