The strongest point on your body is your leg. Use it for the back kick/donkey kick. Believe me, I'm a highly experienced Blue Belt. x3 |

This is arguable.
I'd have to say the pivot point at the pelvis or the knees as the strength comes from your thigh muscles and core muscles. Without them you wouldn't even be able to punch, grapple, wrestle properly. It'd be next to near impossible without the pivot joint at the knees/pelvis. |
