Western: VAN vs. LA: Canucks in 5. The Kings don't have a good enough offence, and that'll kill the Kings, even with a goaltender like Quick and a decent defence. NAS vs. DET: Predators in 6. Nashville has a great powerplay, a great defensive duo in Shea Weber and Ryan Suter, and a threat of a top line. That's enough to win it. PHX vs. CHI: Blackhawks in 7. The Coyotes need Mike Smith to shine to even win this series, and also end their powerplay woes. But the Blackhawks are too good. STL vs. SJS: Blues in 6. I can see a low-scoring series, but St.Louis reigns supreme, because they dominated the season, and the Sharks would have to get near zero penalties, because they're second to last in the league in PK percentage.
Eastern: OTT vs. NYR: Rangers in 5. The Rangers have dominated all year. They'll not stop against the Senators. PIT vs. PHI: Penguins in 6. The scoring power of Pittsburgh is just the best in the NHL. Fleury is also a good goalie. That's enough to win the series. NJD vs. FLA: Devils in 5, maybe 6. New Jersey is underrated. The Devils had a all-time record setting 89.6% penalty kill, and having four 30-goal scorers will destroy the other offence that lacks a star for the Panthers. The Devils also have 15 short-handed goals, the most in the NHL. Special teams and depth will declaw the Cats.

| Washington will be out in 4, they made the last 2 games with easy teams. Penguins and Phidelphia, that will be in 7 with 2 great offensive teams, but Malkin is just beast! Oh, and have I said how Over rated Ovechkin was this year?! |

@Black: We know Boston will win this with no problem pretty much. The Caps also had Buffalo choking HARD.

| I'm a proud Sabres fan, and from watching them play, Sabres deserved that Play-off spot. Coming from the bottom of there division coming so close to a playoff spot, they end up having the 2 hardest teams in the last 2 games. |

Doesn't matter. Whatever team got there, they would get crushed by the Bruins anyway.

@zim, I consider a hard schedule playing against the Penguins and Flyers.
@French, Sabres weren't choked, nor crushed, just unlucky. |
