:=[Introduction]=:

Greetings new applicants, militia recruits, cadet recruits, interested robloxians, and random C&Gers. If you are reading this, that means your interested in OmniCorps and either wish to join, or your looking for some information about it. (RP alert) OmniCorps is a private military corporation on the highly technological planet Lithia. In Lithia, everyone is ran by companies, even the government, however corruption is unlikely, due to the intelligence of the people in high command. OmniCorps is the military company of the whole planet Lithia. We only accept the best of the best. (/RP alert). OmniCorps is sci-fi, or high tech, and we are a selective group, training our members to be the best they can be.

:=[Why you should join]=:

You may be wondering why you should care, or be more interested. Either way, there are good reasons you should join, and I will explain each of them, so there is no confusion.

1) We have a unique way of running things

As you will read in the "How OC works" section, OmniCorps has a unique system that hasn't been done before, or, at least, very uncommon. We have a Militia and Cadet group, sorta like VAK, but we also have one main difference, the main group has the normal low ranks, but the high ranks have roles that they must do for each rank. More about it on the "How OC works" section.

2) We develop tech to enhance the clan experience

Sometimes there are glitches that can ruin raids and overall, ruin the whole clan experience. OmniCorps works to get rid of glitches like the health glitch and poorly made guns. Everything is made by our members. We also use technology to create forts that will be fair, and yet, a challenge for the raiders. We make things look good, but we also make them function as well.

3) Friendly Environment

Not many know this, but teamwork is vital in combat,no matter what weapons your using, and so in OmniCorps, we try and make sure we have no inner-clan problems. Whether it be admin abuse, abusing power, or just insult each other, we put a stop to that as soon as possible. It doesn't matter if what role your in, if your a cadet, or only in the Militia, we settle disputes, and focus on out-of-clan matters, not easy-to-fix matters within the clan.

:=[How to Join]=:

Our Cadets group is online, you must graduate that to join OmniCorps, if I find you already have qualities we need, we may make special exceptions. It depends.

:=[How OmniCorps Works]=:

OmniCorp's system is simple, yet unique.
 
1) Cadets
This really is like any other cadet group, we teach you how to behave, how to fight, things like that. Once you demonstrate all the techniques, you pass, and you can get into the main group, simple as that.
2) OmniCorps
OmniCorps is like any other group, your rank up to HR and stuff like that. However, HR are different, because they have roles, or responsibilities, that they must do. I am especially strict on those in the corporation, so don't think your hardship from cadets is over.

Note: The first 5 ranks have little power over each other, Supervisor and above is High Rank

[Initiate]
The new men, just got into the corporation. Don't underestimate them just because they're a low rank.

[Operative]
After being in OmniCorps for a while and showing activity, initiates become Operatives. These are OC's members in full, with experience in the main group and training.

[Guardian]
Guardians are the experienced members of OC that are trusted, loyal members earn this title.

[Advanced]
Advanced members are, well, advanced.

[Vanguard]
The respected members of OC, these members could become a HR at any time. These are the veterans of OC.

[Supervisors] {HR}
Supervisors make sure that all members are doing what they are suppose to do. They make sure that the members are in shape and trained daily. They also watch for rule breaking, and report those who do it. These guys are important.

[Coordinators] {HR}
Coordinators are the organizers, they plan events like raids, defensive patrols, and other things. They keep the group active, and should be respected.

[Marshals] {HR}
Marshals are my advisors, and my helpers, because I am very busy. They each are in charge of a specific task. We have 6 marshals in all, 5 normal marshals and 1 grand marshal. The Grand Marshal is the current 2iC. The heir of the group. The rest of the Marshals are of the same rank.

Marshal of Recruitment and Publicity: ~None~

[Overseer]
The leader of the group, owner, ect. Current owner is: DarkLuigiLType.

:=[Rules]=:

There are some rules that everyone should know, like asking to get into the main group without even looking for yourself, or asking for promotions in militia, and stuff like that. So I will only share the important rules, the one dear to me.

1) NO exploiting, hacking, or anything of that sort.
If I, another member, an ally, or an ENEMY leader (With proof) catches you, you will be immediately exiled with no chance of getting in again. Just warning you potential exploiters out there.

2) Uniforms are expected to be worn during ALL OmniCorps events
Simple enough, if it isn't an OmniCorp event, you don't have to wear it.

2) Flaming is not allowed, in fact, be SILENT during raids and defenses unless giving orders/warnings (TEAMCHAT only)
Flaming is pointless, it gets nowhere, and you should not pointlessly comment, when you should worry about yourself. If a fort is REALLY unfair, aka, unraidable, we will just leave. If the enemy flames, ignore it, because it shows we are better then them, and we can control ourselves.

3) Respect those of a higher position, like trainers, coordinators, and marshals.
Respect them, say sir/ma'am. Because really, they are trying to help you, to lead the way to victory, and a help of the whole clan. Do what they say, because they will make things go faster, less chaotic. They do know what they are doing, they wouldn't be in that rank if they didn't. Which brings us to our last rule...

4) Respect all members in general.
Leave negative comments to yourself. If it's real bad, and a fellow member is insulting you and putting you down, report it to a Coordinator, Marshal, or even me immediately. Being disrespectful to your fellow members is punishable, and should be frowned upon.

A good hat combo that works: Snake eyes + Hair of your choice + (OPTIONAL) Hat that doesn't block hair or eyes, like the veteran dog tags or a tie if you want. This hat combo is OPTIONAL.

:=[Alliances]=:

If you want to ally with us, well first off, we have to talk, as we will benefit each other, so therefore we must know each other. Then our diplomats will join your group to help and inform us of their need. If your one of our major allies, our Diplomat Marshal will join your clan personally, or on an alt. Sometimes I will join the clan, it just depends.
I will NOT accept random alliance requests, I will also not judge your clan based on size, but on activity.

:=[War]=:

If you want to have WAR with us, well, you must accept the following terms:

1) You must have a VALID reason to go to war with us (You can raid us, without going to war with us, for practice. This is meant for more hostile engages)
2) You must have a RAIDABLE base, the definition of raidable is a little weird these days, so we'll just go like this:
a. Must be more then one entrance inside the base, and we must be able to get inside WITHOUT a gate blocking our way (Exception: 1 entrance may have a gate, Examples: Obbies, generators to break gates, ecetera.)
b. Guns must be obtainable from both sides, and both sides must be able to spawn with the same guns. (THIS RULE IS ONLY IN FORCE IF THE DEFENDORS GUNS ARE VERY OVERPOWERED.)
3) Groups cannot support exploiting/hacking in the war.
4) No auto-wins, no matter what.
5) Lastly, final battles are a LAST-resort in deciding a war.
