Because it's called Climate Change! C-L-I-M-A-T-E C-H-A-N-G-E! CALL IT THAT! There is a HUGE difference from the temperature of the Earth climbing up a few degrees and Climate Change. Whether it's caused by humans or not, it's most definitely happening. No I will not tell you my bias because I don't want to bring forth more argument. Climate Change is anything from the warming period to the Ice Age, we are in a warming period, however the next step is the Ice Age if the warming period is over. But some weird stuff is definitely going on with the whether, you have to admit that. So, I'm going to try and change the argument, do you think we are still in a warming period, or about to go through an Ice Age? |

Global warming and climate change are the same thing.

It can still be referred to "global warming" because that's exactly what it is, for better or worse or whatever. If it were getting colder, just call it "global freezing" or whatever. Still a viable name. |
