| Well it would show users who view that persons profile instantly that they are a veteran. Besides, thats like asking what does the OBC theme do? Nothing but it just looks nicer. The current theme isn't exactly amazing right now so I thought it would be a welcome change. |

Big deal, someone discovered roblox 365+ days earlier than someone else.
Do they need a theme to celebrate that total seredipity?
No.
Veterans did what exactly? |

| Its just a change of scenery for more experienced players. Should brighten up the website a little considering we really don't have many options to customize anything on our home page and profile and so on. |

| @Frozen, if there were no veterans, ROBLOX would be a dull place, and the forums would probably be very dead. |

In fact, a different theme for every badge you got would be nice.

Prove it fred.
It's not the veterans that make the world. Because, we need change. The new growth replaces the old. And the veterans are the old unless they change.
The veterans don't deserve anything for discovering something earlier than someone else. Someone should get benefits for seredipity? |

| Its just a theme for playing for a long time. Besides veterans are people who have stuck by roblox for a year. Some of them are old accounts but this theme would only benefit the active accounts. Loosen up man, do you not think this site is dull as it is? |

@frozen, every single person that has posted on this forum so far has been a veteran. I admit we need change, but you can't say that veterans don't have the ability to change and adapt too.

| Does this really have to be such a serious issue? They get a theme for playing a year. Its just some fun. Roblox don't do many fun updates any more. It would brighten up the website rather than everyone having the same profile page. We don't really get to customise anything on the website. |

I detest people who think benefits are because of chance.
'Its just a theme for playing for a long time.' Then it'll be extra robux for veterans. Then veteran only places. Then veteran only items. Then fourms only for veterans. Then veteran only filter chat. Then veteran only groups.
'Besides veterans are people who have stuck by roblox for a year.' http://www.roblox.com/User.aspx?ID=608305 This is a name snip. (S)He's a veteran. (S)He probobly hasn't stuck for roblox for a year. (S)He didn't help keep roblox ALIVE by giving them five dollars a month. So (s)he doesn't deserve it.
'Some of them are old accounts but this theme would only benefit the active accounts.' Temporarily. It'll then be a headache.
'Loosen up man, do you not think this site is dull as it is?' What's better?
A dull site? Or a site with mass riots and a suggestions fourm overloaded with the same thing?
I've seen logical and sensible ideas (like this one, marginally) Easily turn into something completely and utterly rediculous. That's why I cannot support.

| This is what I mean by loosen up. Too many people on roblox take this game too seriously. For example is this was to go through, there would always be a minority of people that have to complain and argue about everything. Now veterans will not at any point have veteran only places or more robux and so on because less people would buy bc loosing roblox money, which might I add is all they really care about. What I mean is it would only benefit active accounts is that members that quit but they still have the badge wouldn't be online to put on the theme. And if you really want them to deserve it roblox could add a simple filter that would give the theme to veterans that have been on say 320 days out of 360. |

@Froz, He'd get the theme, but wouldn't use it :U Therefore, he wouldn't actually get anything..
Anyway, most leaders of ROBLOX are veterans. Leaders of large groups, expert scripters, respected forumers. Let's face it, most people aren't instantly non-n00bz on ROBLOX. Most people come here with no grammar, no building skills, etc. Anyway, it's pretty obvious that neither of us are ever going to change our minds, we've had these battles in the past :P Why not just agree to disagree? |

Double time.
'This is what I mean by loosen up. Too many people on roblox take this game too seriously.' There's a difference between extremist severity, and economic thinking.
'For example is this was to go through, there would always be a minority of people that have to complain and argue about everything.' Agreed.
'Now veterans will not at any point have veteran only places or more robux and so on' But imagine just how many times they might be suggested on this fourm! More than a four digit number, probobly.
'because less people would buy bc loosing roblox money,' -Agreed. 'which might I add is all they really care about.' No comment. If I added my normal responce I would be considered someone who critisizes for the sake of it.
'And if you really want them to deserve it roblox could add a simple filter that would give the theme to veterans that have been on say 320 days out of 360.' -That wouldn't be fair on people who went on two months of holiday, or broke thier computer for two months.
That's why I cannot support.
-----
'Anyway, most leaders of ROBLOX are veterans.' Not because they are veterans. They have some skill or qualification for the job.
'Why not just agree to disagree?' 'That's why I cannot support.' ----
Anyway, back to the MA.
Someone discovered something in 2007. Roblox. Someone who liked roblox discovered it in 2012. Now, the 2012er is more enthusiastic then the 2007er was in 2007.
But because of seredipity, the 2012er discovered it later then the 2007er, and wouldn't recieve this gift either.
Is that fair? Because someone merely discovered roblox later than someone else, they can't get something? Is that truely fair? |

"Not because they are veterans. They have some skill or qualification for the job."
They've most likely developed those skills AFTER they started ROBLOX. |

Let's get more universal then.
MC. people learn arcitecture from there. They don't have veteran benefits, and people are completely happy with it.
MTG. People learn social skills and tactics from it. It doesn't have veteran benefits, and people are completely happy with it.
If anything, PLAYING is the veteran benefit. |

Yes it does.
You get to play it. That's a benefit.
Getting to play it is better than not getting to play it, no?
Then it's a benefit. |
