Matt Dusek and I spent the afternoon investigating why some users didn't get their items back when we unwound some recent economy transactions.
We now understand *why* it happened. We are currently working on a fix.
All the data is there and it will definitely be possible to correct the problem.
We'll update you again tomorrow - thanks to everyone who has emailed info to customer service. |
