Doesn't want to listen to others on the company's flaws.
Two examples: -Automated customer service. (People have sent emails containing completely different problems to customer service, came back with the same responses; or not at all [No response]) -Approved a glitch-y site layout. (Nav-bar locked in place, takes up too much screen space, can't access 'logout' button) -Begins work on new generation of 'new-bodies' despite customer protest when being introduced to the first ones.
