@outa
But, I could have an OBE, sleep paralysis, and then worst of all, hallucinations. |

It doesn't happen much, and You don't die. You just get to live a dream, one could say: A world in Your control. |

For one, its HIGHLY unlikely to have an OBE. Sleep paralysis actually happens EVERY time you sleep, but stops when you wake up. And hallucinations? Those are called dreams. |

Depends, it can occur wile you're sleeping or half awake. It happens when your brain is aware that it is dreaming, but you body isn't, so its paralyzed. Lucid dreams are hard to achieve, but if you master it, you are able to do anything. If you're not aware if this is a dream or not, try switching the lights off. Electronics usually tend not to work in dreams. You could also stare at a clock, if time goes backwards or stops, then that's another sign of a lucid dream. IF you're losing control of your dream, just remember.. Its only a dream, to re-stabilize your dream, just keep turning around in your sleep, that'll change the theme of your dream. (I know it sounds silly.) |

| By the way, OBEs don't exist, believers are a bunch of spiritual yahoos trying to force something crazy into the minds of others. |

I've had a lucid dream a couple of times. Not on purpose.. it just happened. I was asleep but I was fully aware that I was asleep in my dream, I knew I was dreaming. I was just wondering around my own house. |
