Just sitting there in the dark,
looking at my worst fears
not being able to do anything but stare at them
until I enter a lucid dream.
Is the lucid dream worth it? |

Not really.
My friend went into sleep paralysis before, and her experiences were kinda freaky. |

Well, you can do anything you want. You could then take the fear, shove it down a volcano, and blow up the volcano, take the remains, and shove THAT down a volcano, and blow up the volcano again, and...... |

in lucid dreams, you can do anything you want
ANYTHING
unless you can't hold the lucid dream, in which case, only 5 seconds worth of stuff |

| I've lucid dreamed before without getting Sleep Paralysis once. I just realize I'm in a dream, then do stuff I wanna do, like fly, destroy things, become a Pokemon, etc. |

Well I guess I'll never be able to hold a lucid dream if I don't practice
When I was younger I had a few by accident that I held for a few minutes. |

if you start to lose it just rub your hands together, or start spinning around
it still might not work, but don't knock it until you try it |

@Pie
lie down in a dark, quiet room on your back
don't move at all (Or can you move a little bit?)
pay attention to your breathing
once you feel as if moving is impossible you should be in sleep paralysis which I hear is extremely terrifying, but you fall into a lucid dream, so it may be worth it. |

| I remember I couldn't control a lucid dream once. It was kind of freaky. I was trying to fly, and I start backflipping in mid air and stuff uncontrollable. |

@Silvu,
I'll try it tonight. Does the room have to be ALL dark? Not even like a hint of light? Then I might not be able to do it. My brothers are terrified of the dark. And heck, I'm on the top bunk on a bunk bed. If I have to do things in the night, I'll break my neck. |

@Pie
I've tried making stuff levitate and many other things like that, but it just doesn't work for me either.
But ever since last year I've stopped dreaming. I wonder why? My dreams used to be common. |

Well, my friend hallucinated that a man was on top of her, strangling her to death.
She also hallucinated (afterwards) that someone broke into her house and started harming her.
It's very odd. |
